In the 1960s, Martin Group was born to solve problems in the application of reinforcements on fabrics and leathers. After patenting the “pressing lung,” in 1965, they created the first heat-sealing press. After 15 years, they launched continuous adhesive machines like the Open Top and the X Series. Success led to significant growth, becoming an LLC with a 4,000 sqm facility and 80 collaborators. They offer over 30 models of high-tech heat-sealing presses, with over 50% of sales overseas. Martin Group is present wherever textile production occurs, including the leather goods, footwear, and leather apparel sectors. They specialize in accessories for continuous
adhesive machines and provide after-sales support. Their expert team combines technological and commercial quality.

Heating System

Martin Group heating system consist in anti abrasion aluminium profiles, the heating cartridge is inside the profile and allow to transfer the temperature in the correct way due to the low tickness of the same. Temperature management via SSR Relay and continuous upper and lower heating geometry allow entry into AREA GREEN allowing energy savings of 30-40% compared to traditional temperature management systems.

Heating System OLX-N-OT (Heating area length950cm)

Available in S version, with upper and lower continuous elements ideal for low energy consumption Area Green system.

Heating System X-KL-OT (Heating area length1150cm)

Available in standard version S with pre-heating and final heating or in TB independent upper and lower version.

Heating System OTX ( Heating area length 1450mm )

Available in standard version S with pre-heating and final heating, or TB version independent upper and lower, or B version lower and upper in sequence and finally in version T upper and lower in sequence.

Pressure System

STANDARD (ST)

ST 2 silicon pressure rollers ideal for processing any type of material.

ADAPTIVE (AD)

AD 2 silicon pressure rollers with 2 different hardness in same roll to allow uneven thickness fusing.

DOPPIO RULLO (DP)

DP 4 variable hardness pressure rollers ideal for extreme fields requiring high pressure.

Easy-to-use 7” touch screen incorporating all functions, Temperature Set, On/Off, Pressure, Speed, Time, Reverse running, Autostop, Diagnostics, 10 memory areas, Optional Industry 4.0 functions.
