Applications
For sewing technical textiles, that require extremely high heat resistance, such as filters and insulation. This special thread is also excellently suited for the production of flame-retardant protective clothing, work safety shoes, welding, and thermal covers.
Advantages
This special core spun thread has a metal core made of 10 stainless steel wires. The Kevlar wrapping provides the textile character, which is necessary for the sewing. The thread also has good chemical resistance.
