ZIGZAG STITCH SEWING MACHINE

Durkopp Adler Zigzag Stitch Sewing Machine with Bottom Feed, designed for light to medium-heavy-duty sewing. With advanced DA design components, extra-large hooks, thread trimmers, and easy adjustments, these machines ensure efficiency and precision. They offer low noise levels, minimal vibrations, and optional LED sewing lights for operator comfort.

• Actual DA design components (for stitch length, thread tension, thread control, drives, etc.)
• Classes 524i and 527i are equipped with an extra-large hook for light to heavy sewing, for maximum thread capacity and productivity
• Thread trimmer (CLASSIC) ensures secured cutting, also for thick threads up to 10/3 (depends on machine class)
• Automatic lubrication and a reservoir in the machine arm reduce maintenance, guarantee the correct lubrication doses and protect the hook against wear
• Upper thread tension regulation for more precise tension adjustment
• Bobbin winder with easy adjustment of max. value
• Ideal working conditions for the operator by low noise level and minimized vibrations
• Easy adjustment of zigzag width with low force
• Easy stitch length setting – adjustment without lever by turn button
• The Classic version comes with push buttons for backtacking and needle up/down or single stitch
